You are 100% covered shopping with us as we reship the orders for free if your package was not delivered (lost during delivery), but you have to wait for 4-5 weeks from the order dispatched date to make sure that your parcel was actually lost and not just delayed by any reason.
Note: The International Registered Air Mail shipping method is not always fully trackable and you will only be able to see the dispatch and final delivery status online, without any intermediary tracking checkpoints.
Tracking numbers are not usually updated immediately after placing an order. It depends on the workload of the post office’s warehouse, so, online tracking data regarding your parcel will appear online and not immediately after you receive a tracking number from us via email but within 1-3 business days.
Kindly note that tracking your order status online is your responsibility, only a customer should check the status of its order online. The parcel may stay in your local post office facility only for 2 weeks (14 days), and if not collected by the recipient, it shall be returned back to the sender. And if the parcel is returned to its warehouse, you will have to pay for the return and additional handling of the package (shipping and handling fees are not refundable).
Important Note: All the international parcels, as soon as crossing the border of your country (destination country) will be handled by your local national/private post authorities. It means that the delivery will be made by your local post service, for example in the US, the final delivery will be made by the USPS post services and in Hong Kong, it is made by Hong Kong postal services, etc.
