If for some reason, your purchase is not delivered or is damaged in transit,

Livayush Beauty store is delivering affordable, advanced, high-quality, and strong cosmeceuticals. All the products are dermatologically tested and truly proven; delivered with the fastest possible shipping services.

Livayush process orders from Monday to Saturday (inclusive). Delivery time may vary, but usually, it takes 30 business days. Shipping time depends upon stock warehouse and product availability. Sometimes, it may take longer not depending upon Livayush store. Also please take into consideration that weekends, international holidays, and busy shipping seasons may also delay shipping.

Your order will be shipped out as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours of the order being placed in our web-store, but sometimes in extremely rare cases, it requires more time to prepare and process an order. After the order is shipped, an update message with order information and a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Kindly note, that international registered Air Mail is not always fully traceable and you’ll be able to see only the dispatch and final delivery statuses online, without intermediary checkpoints.

Note: Online tracking of your order is customer’s responsibility, Parcel may stay in the local post-office for only 2 weeks, and if not collected by that time, it will be returned back to the sender. If the parcel is returned back to the warehouse, you have to pay for the return and additional handling of the package.

Livayush guarantees that all the orders are carefully packed with soft plastic boxes to prevent any damage during transport. We also take care of your parcels/packages for successful and tax-free/duty-free passing into your country customs.

Dear customers, you’ll be having 100% protected shopping experience with us. We reship your orders for free if your parcel was not delivered or lost during the delivery.
